More background information about  the pedestrian corridor, the lighting project, and the first round of this survey can be found here. As before, we have a situation in which every light has opponents and proponents.  Based on our analysis of the results and our own cost-benefit analysis, we have decided to go with Gardco.  It is simple, high quality, relatively inexpensive, and scored well in the survey.
