3861 Solana Crescent Development Variance Permit Application

We have seen this project during rezoning.  Now the owner is seeking a variance in the setback from the road in order to situate the garage on the lot.  This motion was to send the application to the Area F Advisory Planning Commission (APC).  It will then come back to the board for first reading.  The is the community input stage, so feel free to contact me if you would like to weigh in on this one.
