This is simply another of many compelling reasons that have previously been documented that the Summerland Land Fill is the logical site for a regional facility.

Sure, but the elected council of the District of Summerland has already decided that a regional compost site will not be located at the Summerland landfill.  That is a District of Summerland decision, not an RDOS decision.

I assume the District of Summerland has a plan to deal with its own sewage sludge leachate.  As it now stands, that leachate has the potential to pollute all downstream water sources in the Okanagan basin, including the water my family drinks.
