This is long overdue -- I would gladly pay at least a $20 annual conservation fee to support dedicated acquisition and care of deer winter range, wetlands, grassland-shrub-steppe, wildlife road crossings and stream- and lake-side treed and shrubby areas. Adopting a conservation service fee would position the RDOS as a leader in wildlife and ecosystem conservation. Just do it!
